Peanut Butter Dip with Vegetables
- 1/2 cup Original Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes or paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 lime juiced
- 2-4 tbsp hot water
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together except for the hot water. Then, starting with 2 tbsp add the hot water stirring the whole time (it will look split until it comes together). Add more hot water a tablespoon at a time until the dip turns silky smooth. Taste and adjust personally for chilli, sweetness, acidity and salt. Prepare your vegetables for dipping. We love a mix of raw and cooked together, green beans, radish, peppers, potatoes, herbs, the choice is yours.
